Almost

Eliza is pretty low on the charts for weight and height, but her head circumference  has consistently been about in the 50th percentile.  (She gets that from her mom and dad.)  So while her 3-6 month clothes may be just right on her, the 3-6 month hats are a little too small.

I got a little anxious and tried a bigger hat on her.  It fit her! Almost.

 So cute!
Then it started to slide down...

So instead of fixing the hat for her, we took lots of pictures.  And eventually fixed it.

Bath time

Eliza is loving her bath time lately!

Her toes are her favorite bath toy.

 Eliza's face of choice.

She is so much fun!

Playing with Dad

Eliza is lucky to have one great Dad. They have a lot of fun together, and he's definitely the most interesting thing in the room when he's there.

Having fun on a Sunday afternoon.

One of my absolute favorite things that she does is cross her feet like this. Very lady-like.
Dad wore her out!

6 Months!

 Guess what?
Eliza is 6 months old! How did that happen?!
 She can sit up!
Until her head gets too heavy...

 She's still one happy girl.

She got tired of me taking her picture, so she found a couple of interesting things to play with.  Like the paper.
And the camera.

The Beach!

So every other year, my Mom's side of the family have a family reunion  at Topsail Island, North Carolina. It is heaven.  I think there were about 60 of us there this year.  My youngest sister, Amber, took about 7,000 pictures while we were there, so we have enjoyed the spoils of that.  I'm sure you can tell which pictures she took and which ones we took.

 Scrunching that cute nose!
 Chilling with cousin Jack!
I think we can tell who is going to be the bossy one.

 Stylin' in her swim suit!
No one's as tough as Jack, I mean Batman.
Getting ready for her first dip in the ocean.
She was pretty indifferent, but liked looking at the water.
Nikki is delicious. Eliza has Nikki's coloring, which is beautiful! They are good buds.
So cute in her hat.  And Alex eating a green otter pop.
 Stripes!
Probably the two most photographed kiddos at the beach.
After a beautiful walk along the beach.  We had her in a Baby Bjorn, so that is why it looks like Andrew is sporting a backpack...in case you were wondering.

My brother, Josh, is currently serving a 2 year mission for our Church in Quito, Ecuador.  We miss him terribly, but are so happy with his choice to serve and bring others to Christ.
The growing Thomas family! Minus Josh.
With my beautiful sisters and Momma.
